For this large building project, we completely refurbished this Essex Detached House Property the work we completed included a full electrical rewire and complete plumbing system installation. We Transformed this large 4-bedroom property into an executive 7-bedroom property so that it included a large kitchen and dining room.

The building was converted by adding a single and a double story extension which accommodated the enlarged kitchen downstairs and a new bedroom upstairs. The large loft conversion allowed us to accommodate two new large bedrooms with an extra bathroom.
